All clients are to pay their retainer within 72 hours of booking their appointment. If your retainer is not received, your appointment will be released from the calendar allowing other clients to book that time.

 

All retainers are completely refundable upon arriving at the studio for your appointment! You also have the option to use your retainer for services or images at the studio if you choose to do so (not to include makeup).

 

Our cancellation policy is 7 studio business days! We are closed Friday and Saturday. You can reschedule 1 time if you reschedule before the 7 day cancellation period.

 

If you cancel under the 7 day policy, you will lose your retainer. Please visit our small print page to read (if you have not already) our terms of service to include retainers.
